👋 I'm Monike, a Lead UX Product Designer with 15 years of experience creating B2B and B2C products in financial services, fintech, health and travel. I specialise in end-to-end UX for complex, data-rich workflows and AI-powered solutions, from discovery and research to production-ready interfaces for web and mobile.

I work closely with product, engineering, data, operations and marketing to shape problems, refine requirements and ship thoughtful, high-quality experiences. My work spans health insurance fraud, waste and abuse analytics tools, global money transfer products, API-driven payment and FX platforms, and large-scale booking experiences.

I'm hands-on across the UX process: mapping workflows, running interviews and usability tests, translating insights into journeys, flows and prototypes, and partnering with product, engineering and QA to bring designs to life. I care deeply about clarity, accessibility and interaction details, and I enjoy building and evolving design systems that keep products consistent and scalable.
